• Public Trade Company " Elmi-teks " - Zrnovci which works with lon-products, manufacturing female clothes, which capacity of production 8000-10.000 units a month. It has 45 employees.
• Public Trade Company " Moteks " - Morodvis, which works with lon-products; it has 250 employees.

At the moment on the territory of the community Zrnovci the following crafts can be found:

• Miller ( there are several traditional water-mills which are increasingly replaced by modern electrical mills )
• Horse and donkey shoe blacksmith ( two to three people use this craft with a tendency to maintain it as longas there is cattle in the community )
• Saddler - a person who makes saddles for the animals ( 2 to 3 with a tendency to maintain this craft )
• Barber ( 4 people with a tendency to maintain this craft )
• Hairdresser ( 2 people; one of the newer crafts,with an up going development)
• Baker ( 1 person, with a modern way of production )
• Tailor ( 2 people, with a constant degrease of the interest for this kind of craft)
• Spindler ( a person who makes wooden spoons and spindles; as well as tools for cotton and wool twist )
• Blacksmith ( a person who makes farming tools )
• Tin man ( tinning of copper dishes )

The area of the community Zrnovci has a quality land used by the local inhabitant for cultivating various agricultural crops. Total arable area in the community is 1692 hectares, which is 32 per cent of the total area, out of which the state sector holds 309 ha, whereas the private 1.325 ha.
On the territory of the community there are two state farming cooperatives that deal with agricultural activities:

• F.C. "Zrnovka" - Zrnovci which works on about 115 ha fertile soil and possesses 7 tractors, 5 combines, several trucks, and a variety of agricultural attaching machines. There are about 210 employees.
• F.C. "Jugotutun" - Vidoviste , founded in 1948; works in the area of the village of Vidoviste, possesses 2 combines, 6 tractors, and has 25 employees.

The larger number of individual producers possess tractors and other attaching machines so that the primitive ways of working on the land is extremely minimized.
During the last several years, the surfaces sown with rice are largely decreasing due to the low purchase price of the rice and its low sale; The same fields are being sown with grains and corn. The most present crops are grains ( wheat, barley and rye ), with average yield of 2.5 tons to 3 tons per hectare.

Gardening is also widely present on the territory of the community. Almost all kinds of vegetables are sown. A special quality is achieved in the growing of hot paprika's known as " Zrnovski hot "; then the very tasty sort of leek -Zrnovski leek; for which there are excellent conditions for growing and large quantities for export; The Zrnovski pink tomato famous for its size and delicious taste; the pears, etc.
It is important to mention that there is an irrigation channel passing through the areas of the three villages, which comes from the hydro - reclaiming system Bregalnica which, together with the net of channels of the river Zrnovka, largely contribute to the increase of the yield of all the crops sown in the community.

Orchard and Vine production are not very developed and they are present mainly towards the area of the mountain Plackovica. Namely, these are only individual vineyards and orchards which only serve the individual needs of a household. The most common sorts present here are plums, peaches, cherries and pears. There is also the sort of plum called "Dzanka " growing throughout the marches which is used for production of plum brandy.

The industrial plants which can be found here are the tobacco, which is lately increasingly grown, with a tendency of further increase, whereas the poppy is not grown a lot because of the low purchase price.
As a result of the lack of industrial pollution, the rich flora and vegetation, as well as the specific location, our community has excellent conditions for beekeeping (apiculture ). The number of people, though, who keep bees is quite small at the moment; and in future this highly profitable branch should be paid more attention to.

The stock-breeding, as an important economic activity, is also present in our community, but with a lower intensity. Except for the Farming Cooperative " Zrnovka " which is breeding about 20 milkier cows, 30 pigs and 30000 hens, at the moment, as well as several individual breeders, the rest of the people keep only one to two cows, or pigs, mainly for their own needs.
It is characteristic to mention that there are a large number of goats in the community. Each household averagely keeps a goat. Greater number of the households keep hens in their homes in order to obtain ecologically clean, home - produced eggs and meat.
In the village of Morodvis there are about four individual shepherds with about 100 sheep each; one goat - keeper and several with several cows each,who sell the milk to the other villagers.
In Vidoviste there are three individual shepherds with total 350 sheep, and there are also 180 cows and 200 pigs in the village.
In Zrnovci there are 4 to 5 individual breeders with 20 to 30 cows each, whereas there is no sheep breeding. There are 700 cows, 750 pigs and 700 goats in the village.
The stock-breeding is nomadic. During the summer, the cattle graze on the pastures on the mountain Plackovica, whereas in winter in the community field. Yet the number of breeders who rear the cattle in domestic conditions is also big.
There is a veterinarian station in Zrnovci with a vet, which is open every day. A vehicle is used for terrain calls on the whole territory of the community.

Out of the total land of the community, 3034 ha is woodland; 3018 ha of which are owned by the state and 16 ha are private property.
As far as the type of the wood is concerned, the region of the oak - tree is up to 600 m; consisting of two belts. The lowest belt, to 600 meters height above sea level, consists of the oak -tree of the type Blagun ( Quercus pubescens); and above this belt there are woods of the oak - tree Gorun ( Quercus petrraea ). From 900 m above, on the shady side, is the beech region, branched into three belts: under forest belt ( spreading on the lowest parts, to 1200 m height, and even higher on the shady side ); forest beech belt ( represented by aciphilous vegetation ) ; and sub alpine belt ( before mountainous belt which represents special region) . These forests are property of the Forestry Enterprise " Osogovo " - Kocani.
Other forest plants whose mast or flower is used are: the nut, the dogwood, the hazelnut and the linden.

The community Zrnovci is not a tourist resort visited by many tourists. It is not situated on an important traffic crossroads and there are not some significant tourist sights which could be visited. However it is un doubtfully characterized by some features that can make it more interesting and more attractive in future for home as well as foreign tourists. Of course, it should be in accordance with the European standards of the village tourism. The new type of ecological village with facilities for production and offer of ecologically healthy food, organized and functional infra-structure, image creation, attractiveness and tourist map of the community, with a model for successful tourism for future. The river Zrnovka with its beauties, wonderful picnic places, facilities for sports fishing, the abundance of herbs on the mountain Plackovica, the popular Kocani rice of high quality and its specialties, the three monasteries and the natural mountain springs, are riches which has to be used in purpose of tourist attraction.
In order to reach these objectives is of course necessary to construct a plan and a program of action, as well as to include all the inhabitants of the community in it. In this context the ecological acceptance is of special importance. It can be on a high level by well - organized communal structure and the general hygiene in the community. The tourist objects such as: the restaurant with its summer garden, and the motel " Zrnovka " with the capacity of 200 seats in the winter restaurant and 400 seats in the summer garden as well as the several rooms to let in the motel, then the restaurant " Aminta " with about 100 seats, the coffee-bar " Rio " with about 100 seats, and the coffee - bar " Boem " with about 50 seats need to adapt their work according to the European standards.
